A) Instant messaging service

B) On site installation guidance and debugging training services
Definition: After customers purchase LED display screens, our company provides on-site installation guidance and debugging training services for a fee. Our service engineers will provide customers with installation technical guidance, LED display screen debugging and maintenance training;
C) Parts mailing and repair service
1. Definition: Within the scope of warranty, if customers encounter accessory failures during the use of LED display screens, they can mail them to the address designated by our company, and we will provide free repairs for you. Outside the warranty scope, we offer paid services;
2. Before mailing the accessories, please contact the corresponding sales personnel to confirm the necessity of repairing the accessories and the delivery address. After confirmation, our company will provide an RMA number and mail the accessories to the designated address. The waybill, accessories, and fault details will be sent to the sales personnel by email, and you can check the progress of accessory processing based on the RMA number.
